This release adds support for staking and/or operating a node on computers that lack the AES-NI and/or AVX2 instructions. Mining with Proof-of-Work is disabled when operating in this compatibility mode. Verus automatically checks for the presence of the instructions and runs in the appropriate mode so there's nothing you need to configure. 😃
