MANDATORY UPDATE FOR MARMARA CONNECTOR

A new version of Marmara Connector has been released on https://github.com/marmarachain/marmara-connector/releases/tag/0.3.7
Please note that this is a MANDATORY update for the Marmara Connector since the IP of the connection nodes have been changed inside the starting parameters.
In addition to this, with this version, the following changes have been implemented:
Improvements
- extra check has been added to exclude orphan blocks retrieved from the explorers inside the check fork function
- UX improvements made for adding a new address from the interface
- third party library used for packaging Marmara Connector has been updated to include the fixes made to the relevant library.
